Ask Tasmin
Ask it anything — it knows your shop.
Tasmin’s advisor is there on every screen. Ask it anything about your marketing and it reads your own store to answer — your queue, your keywords, your goals, how you’re showing up on Google. It suggests the next move and drafts it for your approval, and when you’d rather talk to a person, it hands you to our team. It reads and suggests; nothing happens until you say yes.
See it work
Ask Tasmin. It reads your shop, then answers.
Ask a question and Tasmin looks at your real store data — not a guess — then answers and proposes the next move as a card. Nothing runs until you approve.
A sample — the Advisor reads your real store data (read-only) to answer, then proposes the next move as a card. Nothing runs until you approve.
What it does
A manager you can just ask.
It reads your own shop to answer
Ask about your content queue, your top keywords, how your goals are going or how you’re showing up on Google — it reads your live store to answer, not a canned guess.
“How are my goals going?” → it pulls your real progress and tells you where you stand.
It suggests the move — and drafts it
It doesn’t just answer. It offers the one move worth making and can draft it on the spot — a blog post, a pin, page wording, an email campaign — as a card you approve.
“What should I post about?” → a drafted caption, ready for your yes.
Nothing happens until you say yes
The advisor only ever reads and suggests. Every action it proposes waits on a card — nothing is created, sent or changed until you click approve.
“Draft that email” → it lines up a draft; it sends nothing on its own.
A real person when you need one
When a question is better answered by a human, it hands you to our team — your question and the chat come along. If someone’s about it’s a live chat; if not, we reply by email. You’re never stranded.
“Can someone check my domain setup?” → straight through to the team, context attached.
Grounded in your shop
It answers from your data — not a guess.
Ask the advisor a question and it reads your live store to answer — the same numbers you’d find in the app, pulled the moment you ask. And when something isn’t set up yet, it tells you straight: it never turns a gap into a guess.
- Your content queue What’s drafted, scheduled, or running low — so “what’s next?” has a real answer, not a shrug.
- Your top keywords What you’re found for and what’s climbing, read straight from your own search data.
- How your goals are going Real progress against the targets you set — not a vague “looking good.”
- How you show up on Google Your Search Console numbers, read live the moment you ask about visibility.
It also reads Tasmin’s own help guides to answer how-to questions. And it’s honest about gaps: if something like Search Console isn’t connected yet, it says so — it won’t call “not set up” a zero, and it never quotes a number it wasn’t given.
Grounded, not guessed. Read from your live store the moment you ask — and honest when something isn’t set up yet.
A sample read — the advisor pulls these live when you ask. Illustrative.
It reads and suggests — you decide. The advisor answers from your live data and offers the next move, but everything it proposes is a card you approve. Nothing is created, sent or changed until you say yes — and asking is always free.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does the advisor do anything on its own?
No. It reads your shop and suggests — that’s it. Anything it offers to make arrives as a card you approve: a blog post, a pin, a page-wording fix, an email. Nothing is created, sent or changed until you click yes.
What can it actually see about my shop?
Your live data, read the moment you ask: your content queue, your top keywords, how your goals are going, and how you’re showing up on Google. It can also read Tasmin’s own help guides to answer how-to questions. It won’t quote a number it can’t actually see — and if something isn’t connected yet, it says so rather than guessing.
Does chatting cost anything?
Asking is free — plain questions never cost a thing. Pulling your live data (your queue, keywords, goals or search performance) draws a free monthly allowance: 100 pulls on Starter, 200 on Growth, 400 on Pro, and 20 while you’re on the free trial. If you use them up, plain questions still work — and a top-up of 50 more pulls is 30 credits.
What does it cost when it drafts something?
Only what that action costs anywhere else in Tasmin, and only once you approve it — a blog post, an SEO wording fix, an email campaign. Saving an idea to your idea bank is free. The advisor never spends a credit on its own.
Can it put me through to a real person?
Yes. Ask to talk to a human and the advisor hands you over — your question and the conversation come with you, so you don’t repeat yourself. If someone’s about it becomes a live chat; if not, we reply by email. Either way your message is saved, so you’re never left stuck.
Is it available everywhere in the app?
Yes — it sits on every screen, and it remembers your conversation as you move around, so you can pick a thread back up wherever you are.
How is this different from the weekly briefing?
The Intelligence briefing is the push — every Monday it brings you the few moves worth making, unprompted. The advisor is the pull — ask it anything, any time, and it reads the same data to answer and draft on the spot. Same brain, two ways in: skim the briefing, and open the advisor whenever a question comes up.
Will it make things up about my shop?
No. It answers from your live data and Tasmin’s help guides, reads partial data honestly — it won’t call “not connected yet” a zero — and it never quotes a balance or a price it wasn’t given. If it doesn’t know, it says so.
