Email

Emails that bring customers back.

Tasmin writes the emails your shop sends — a welcome to new buyers, a thank-you after an order, a friendly nudge to people who haven’t bought in a while — all in your voice. You read each one and approve it before it sends.

All features

Automated emails

The emails that send themselves — once you’ve approved them.

These are the everyday emails a good shop sends without thinking about it: a warm welcome, a thank-you after an order, a nudge for a forgotten basket, a hello to someone who’s drifted away. You switch each one on or off. Tasmin drafts every email in your voice and lines them up — and nothing goes live until you’ve read it and said yes.

  • Welcome On

Someone joins your list. Sends within minutes of a new sign-up.

  • Abandoned cart On

Something’s left in the basket. A gentle nudge a few hours later.

  • Win-back On

Hasn’t bought in months. A friendly check-in around the 3–6 month mark.

Campaigns & newsletters

The sends you choose to make.

Some emails go out on their own once you’ve set them up — a welcome, a thank-you. Others are the ones you decide to send: a monthly newsletter, a new-collection launch, a seasonal promo, a quick “we’re closed next week” note. For these, you tell Tasmin the occasion and it writes the whole thing — subject line and body, in your voice — then waits for your yes. And when you send, each email lands around the hour that customer usually engages — learned from how they actually behave, not guesswork.

  • It writes the whole email

Tell Tasmin the occasion — a launch, a sale, a seasonal hello — and it drafts the subject line and the full body in your voice. You’re editing words, not building from a blank page.

  • A few subject lines to choose from

Tasmin offers a couple of options for the line people see first. Pick the one that sounds most like you, or tweak it — that’s the part that decides whether the email gets opened.

  • Sent when you choose

Pick a date and time, or set it to go out the moment you approve. Either way it sits in your list as a draft until you give it the yes.

Lined up to send

  • Newsletter This month’s small batch is out of the kiln Tue 9:00 am
  • Launch The winter glaze collection is here Draft
  • Promo A little thank-you: 10% this weekend only Fri 8:00 am

Every one a draft until you approve it. Sample lines, illustrative.

The right people

The right people, the right moment.

Most shops email everyone the same thing on the same day. Tasmin doesn’t. It sends each message to the people it actually makes sense for — and spreads each send across the hours your shoppers tend to open, rather than blasting everyone at once. Fewer emails, sent better.

  • New buyers People who’ve just placed their first order — the moment for a warm thank-you and care tips.
  • Customers who’ve gone quiet Bought before, but not in a while — a gentle “we miss you” with what’s new since they last visited.
  • People who bought a particular thing Say everyone who bought a candle — a perfect group for a refill or a matching piece.
  • Your most engaged readers The people who open and click most — the right audience for a first look at a launch.

A calmer send. Rather than blasting your whole list in one go, Tasmin spreads each send across the hours your shoppers tend to open. You still pick the day; Tasmin just eases the timing out across the window.

Your voice

Every email reads like you wrote it.

Tasmin learns how you talk from your shop — your product descriptions, your “about” page, the way you greet people — plus a few quick questions about your tone and the words you’d never use. Then it writes every email that way: a thank-you, a win-back, a launch — all in the same warm, consistent voice. You read each one and approve it, and you can change any line you like.

  • Learned, not guessed. Your existing words teach Tasmin your rhythm — short and playful, or calm and considered — so it doesn’t default to flat, corporate AI copy.
  • The same you, every time. A Tuesday thank-you and a big launch read like the same person wrote them — because, in your voice, you did.
  • You set the guardrails. Words to avoid, how formal to be, whether you use emoji — you tell Tasmin once, and it sticks to it.
Generic AI

“Thank you for your purchase. Your order has been processed and will ship soon.”

Your voice

“Thank you — genuinely. Yours has just been wrapped by hand and sent on its way.”

Your own domain

Emails that come from you — and prove it.

Your emails go out from your own web address — hello@yourshop.com, not a shared Tasmin one — and they’re signed so inbox providers can see they really came from you. That signature is the quiet thing that decides whether you land in the inbox or the spam folder. It’s built on Amazon’s email infrastructure, the same rails the big senders run on.

  • Your own sending domain Connect your domain and every email carries your name, not ours. It’s your brand in the “from” line — and your reputation you’re building, not a shared one you can’t control.
  • Signed and verified Tasmin gives you a few DNS records to paste in once, then checks them for you every few minutes until your domain shows verified. Until it does, nothing sends — a half-set-up domain can’t quietly dent your reputation.
  • A DMARC safety check Tasmin looks for a DMARC record — the standard inboxes increasingly expect — and if it’s missing, hands you the exact line to add. Plain steps, no acronym soup.
  • Reputation, watched for you If spam complaints or bounces ever climb past safe levels, Tasmin automatically pauses your sending before the harm spreads and flags it to put right. Protecting your good name comes before getting one more email out.

Nobody can honestly promise the inbox every single time — be wary of anyone who does. But sending from your own verified domain, kept clean and watched, is the biggest part of it that’s actually in your control. Tasmin handles that part.

Deliverability & list health

Land in the inbox — not the spam folder.

Writing a lovely email is only half the job — it has to actually arrive. Tasmin watches the few numbers that decide whether your emails reach people, keeps your sender reputation healthy and your list clean, and tells you in plain English the moment something needs a look.

  • Open rate How many people open your emails. A healthy open rate is the strongest sign your messages are wanted — and that inboxes trust you.
  • Bounce rate Emails that couldn’t be delivered — usually a dead or mistyped address. Left alone, climbing bounces drag your reputation down, so Tasmin trims them from your list.
  • Spam-complaint rate How often someone hits “mark as spam.” Even a small rise is a red flag to inbox providers — Tasmin watches it closely and warns you early.
  • Unsubscribes People choosing to leave. A few are normal and healthy; a sudden jump tells you a send didn’t land right — useful to know before the next one.

When something drifts — say bounces start creeping up — you get a heads-up with a plain fix, not a wall of charts. Tasmin keeps the list clean so the people who want to hear from you keep hearing from you.

You approve every email before it sends. Tasmin drafts and lines them up in one tidy list — you read, tweak a line, or skip it. There’s no “send and hope”: nothing goes to a customer without your yes.

Moving over

Already have a list? Bring it with you.

You don’t start from zero. Bring the subscribers you’ve already earned, point Tasmin at your store, and it picks up the everyday emails — welcomes, thank-yous, win-backs and newsletters — so you can switch the old tool off. Your shop’s email — welcomes, win-backs, newsletters — in one place, from €29 a month.

1

Connect your store

Link your Shopify shop. Tasmin reads your products, collections and tone so the emails it drafts already sound like you — no copy-pasting your brand into a new tool.

2

Import your list

Bring your existing subscribers across — export them from your current email tool and import the file (Tasmin reads the common export formats). The people who opted in to hear from you carry over, so nothing is lost.

3

Approve & go

Tasmin lines up your first drafts — a welcome, a win-back, this month’s newsletter. You read each one, tweak a line, and approve. Once you’re happy, switch the old app off.

A real move — you bring your subscribers and approve every email before it sends. Tasmin stands in place of the email side of your stack; pricing shown is the plan you’d pay here, not a refund of what you spend elsewhere.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I approve every email before it sends?

Yes — always. Tasmin drafts each email and lines it up in one tidy list. You read it, tweak a line if you like, then approve it. Nothing reaches a customer until you say yes.

Will it sound like generic AI, or like me?

Like you. Tasmin learns your voice from your shop and a few questions about your tone, then writes every email to read the way you would. And since you approve each one, you can always edit anything that doesn’t sound quite right.

Is there a drag-and-drop email builder?

No — and that’s on purpose. Instead of fiddling with blocks and layouts, Tasmin writes the email for you in your voice. You edit the words and approve it. It’s less work, not a new tool to learn.

Can I turn a flow off, or change when it sends?

Yes. Every flow — welcome, post-purchase, win-back, abandoned cart, and the rest — is yours to switch on or off, and you can adjust the timing. You’re always in charge of what runs.

Do you send abandoned-cart emails?

Yes — when someone leaves something in their basket, Tasmin can draft a gentle reminder for you to approve. It does the same to let shoppers know when a sold-out item is back in stock.

How does Tasmin decide when to send?

Rather than sending to everyone at once, Tasmin spreads each send across the hours your shoppers tend to open — and you can always set or override the schedule yourself. As ever, nothing goes out until you’ve approved it.

Can I bring my existing list over?

Yes. Export your subscribers from your current email tool and import the file — Tasmin reads the common formats — so you’re not starting from scratch. Tasmin can then handle the everyday emails — welcomes, thank-yous, win-backs and newsletters — in one place.
